Document storage is how much you can keep in a workspace at one time. Document processing is how much new document data you can process during each billing period. Deleting a document frees storage but does not restore your monthly processing allowance.

Can my team use the same agent?
Yes. A team workspace shares its agents and their documents with everyone in it. Conversations are not shared — each person's chat history is their own.
How do I know the answer is not invented?
Because you can check it. Every answer lists the passages it drew from, with the document name and page number, and the agent's instructions tell it to say so plainly when your documents do not cover the question.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored against your workspace and used only to answer your questions. Deleting a source removes its indexed passages; nothing is shared between workspaces.
What does it cost?
Personal is free and stays free. The paid tiers are priced above, and every plan is metered per call — tokens, latency and cost — so you can see exactly what you are using. Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record; local taxes are added at checkout. Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
What kind of files can I upload?
PDFs, Word documents and plain text files, up to 25 MB each. Every file is checked against its actual contents rather than its file extension, then split into passages and indexed. You can watch each file's progress and retry one that fails without re-uploading everything.
Can I use this inside my own product?
Yes. Every paid plan includes API access: create a key for one of your agents and send it questions from your own server, and you get back an answer plus the documents it came from. We store nothing from those conversations — only a record of the call for your usage.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents and your questions are never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. Answering a question sends your agent's instructions, the passages retrieved for that question, and the conversation so far to our AI provider, and nothing more. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what leaves our systems.
What happens when we hit a plan limit?
New activity stops; nothing you already have is touched. If you run out of monthly usage or storage, further questions or uploads are refused until the period resets or you upgrade — and your documents, agents and conversations stay exactly where they are. The same is true if you move to a smaller plan.
